2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and

The Administrative Officer IV shall:
- Assist the Head of the Procurement Management Section in the procurement process;
- Conduct and facilitate the Request for Quotation of all procurements;
- When directed, provide specifications of information technology equipment in preparation for the procurement;
- Draft communications for the Procurement Section;
- Be responsible for tagging of the Ministry's properties and equipment, and ensure updating of records for future reference;
- Receive Supply and Availability Inquiries and provide recommendations to those that need immediate action from the Procurement Management Section;
- Perform other functions as needed/assigned by the immediate supervisor.
