Job Description

FINANCIAL ANALYST III (Contract of Service)

  • In coordination with the FO Budget Officer, prepare the PP Work and Financial Plan of the FO;
  • Coordinate with the Central Office PP Finance Unit on the prompt release of funds to the FO for its operations. Monitor the utilization of funds vis-à-vis approved WFP See to it that funds are utilized as intended based on the sub-allotment advice issued by the CO PP Finance Unit;
  • Regularly coordinate with respective FO PP Focal Persons for the prompt conduct of activities based on the PP catch Up Plan for the utilization of funds as programmed;
  • Regularly update the Regional Director thru the Deputy Program Manager on balances of unutilized funds for immediate action;
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate budgeting reports to the Central Office;
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
