Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Provincial Social Welfare Officer, Administrative Officer V and other officials of the Ministry;
  2. Receive and release all communications under the supervision of the Provincial Social Welfare Officer, Administrative Officer V and other officials;
  3. Perform skilled tasks such as preparation of certificates, endorsements and correspondence, and other tasks.
  4. Be responsible for liquidation of all reimbursements or expense claims of the Provincial Social Welfare Officer, Administrative Officer V and other high officials;
  5. Perform all clerical works such as typing, recording, posting and other clerical tasks.
  6. Attend to guests, clients and other concerned individuals that need the presence of the Provincial Social Welfare Officer, Administrative Officer V and other officials;
  7. Be responsible forĀ maintaining and updating the schedules of meetings, engagements and other activities in the Provincial Office.
  8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Provincial Social Welfare Officer, Administrative Officer V and other officials.
