Job Description

 

  • As the managing head of the Province, implements the field operation in his area of jurisdiction.

 

  • Monitors the compliance of franchises and permits.

 

  • Receives application for franchises and permits for processing, evaluation and assessment at the LTFRB-BARMM

 

  • Conducts enforcement activities to ensure compliance of LTFRB laws and regulations such as the anti-colorum drive.

 

  • Assists in the review and appraisal of sectoral, regional and/or local transport plans and programs;

 

  • Assists in the undertaking of special case studies needed for the development of short and medium term transport policies, plans and programs;  

 

  • Receives direction from Chief TDO and maintains regular communication with the Head of Office.
